The company was founded by Rouzbeh Lakani who has a wealth of experience in the industry and remains involved in all aspects of the company.

He is a Civil & Structural Engineer working in the construction industry since 1992. He worked on many high profile projects such as Millennium Dome in Greenwich, Ing-Slaski Bank Headquarter in Poland & Shepherds bush Underground Station as part of White City Development. He was employed as Senior Engineer with URS Corporation & Principal Engineer for Waterman before starting his practice as Director of Homes Design Ltd.
