Party Wall Services

We provide advise & also generate Party Wall Agreement for residential projects only, in order to ensure all matters that concerns the project are covered prior to proceeding with construction.

Under the PARTY WALL etc.  ACT 1996, we generate full award and act as appointed surveyor for the premises or as a joint surveyor. Under the act we generate a full visual condition survey of all premises that we act as the appointed surveyor to form part of the award.
